Sensors Technology Private Limited was incorporated as Electronics OEM Industry in the state of Madhya Pradesh by nuclear scientist/engineer Dr. Shyam Sunder Tiwari in 1998 with clear vision of development of high technology sensors for defence, environmental, research and industrial applications in India.

From 1998-2004 industry made significant progress by developing new quality technology items for mass production in the company. Industry also concentrated on education and training and generated more than 1000 trained engineers suitable for industrial and research work.
